What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the details of the product or requirement you are enquiring about.

This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers or third-party form services. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not collect information in the background while you browse.

How the enquiry form works

When you submit the enquiry form, the details you typed are emailed to our trade desk through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service that relays the message to our inbox. This website itself stores nothing; FormSubmit processes the submission under its own privacy policy in order to deliver it.

If email delivery fails, your browser opens WhatsApp with the same details pre-filled, and the message reaches us only when you press send there. Either way, your enquiry travels through the delivery service, WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy terms.

Why we hold it

We use your details for one purpose: to understand your requirement, source against it, and reply to you with sourcing options and commercial terms. We keep correspondence for as long as the business relationship is active and for as long as tax and trade records must be retained.

Who we share it with

We share only what a supplier or logistics partner needs in order to quote or move your order — typically a product specification, a quantity and a destination. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass your contact details to anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that request unless we are required by law to retain the record. Write to us at the address below.
