A binding agreement is formed only when a written quotation is issued by CTD and accepted by you, or when a purchase order is confirmed in writing. Prices, availability, lead times and specifications are confirmed at quotation stage and may differ from anything shown here.
Enquiries and quotations
We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day, but we do not guarantee a response time and we may decline any enquiry. Where a requirement cannot be met at the quality, quantity or price indicated, we will say so.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that any product you order may lawfully be imported into, sold in and used in your destination market, and for obtaining any licence, registration or approval that market requires. Regulatory requirements differ by country and by product category, particularly for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food.
